Visitors were introduced. Welcome visitors, hope you like what you saw and choose to join the club.

 

Pres. Rob and VP Butch put out a call to members to consider volunteering to do a demo at a club meeting. A look at the Show and Tell table proves we have a lot of in-house talent.

 

Our August meeting will be devoted to a Battle Tops program. No demo, no show and tell. Rob Shafer of the Keystone Turners gave a presentation of what is required. He discussed the rules and promises fun will be had by all. Bring your turned top to the July meeting for weigh in. 

 

Ed mentioned items in raffle: gift certificate from Craft Supplies, the perpetual turning, a face plate,and several blanks of wood.

 

Perpetual Turning: 

Perpetual turning made by Butch Ruggiero was won by Andy Beal.

 

Demonstration:

Demonstration by Neil Brown.  Two part hollow form.  Top removed for access then glued back after hollowing.
