2015 – March Meeting
Meeting Reports:
Several visitors and former member Tony Manella now getting back into turning after several year absense.
Rob reminded about the AAW symposium in June and to join the AAW.
Elwood Borger sale was well attended. Proceeds totaled almost $4,000. The family will be at the house on Saturday March 28. Any remaining wood will be available for free. Rob to confirm time/date.
Tylersport show went well. Steve and Nicole Reppert sold some pens.
Presidents challenge is to turn a piece from some of Elwoods wood. CHallenge due at May meeting.
Rob heard that long time club member Roy Aber is in hospice. Not further details.
Meeting Announcements:
Reminder to pay 2015 club dues. Jim Brown reports low number of members have paid so far.
Tom Buchner looking for someone to take over arranging the 1 day paid demonstration. For this year Tom is looking for suggestions of demonstrators. Frequently finding a demonstrator is time consuming. Let Tom know if you have names for consideration.

This months perpetual turning is a pen set made by Nicole Reppert and won by Rick Bryant.
