Meeting Reports:

Three new vistors.

One has a tree removal company 610-435-8733.  Call to ask if any trees available for cutting into turning blanks.

 

Rob reminded everyone to join the AAW.

Meeting Announcements:

MAWA registration still open, but will be limited to 350 in total. 

MAWA still looking for volunteers.  See the MAWA section in News menu then scroll all the way down to the MAWA section for site link and forms.

 

Special meeting Tuesday 20 March.  Hans Weissflog will be demonstrating.  No raffle, or Show and Tell.

 

May meeting will be early, 3rd Tuesday 17 May.  Demonstrator will be Dale Larson.

Demonstration:

Pictures may not show the topic well.  Need paper trace of hole then decide how many holes for the pattern.  When threading go in-and-out of other threads to support inner “hole”.  A very interesting embellishment technique.
